Common problems:
1. Using unqualified engine oil
At present, the general-purpose screw air compressor has high temperature protection, and its usual tripping temperature is about 110-120 °C. Some machines use unqualified oil, and when the exhaust temperature is high, different degrees of fuel consumption will occur. Phenomenon (based on this, the higher the temperature, the greater the fuel consumption), the reason is that some oil droplets can be of the same order of magnitude as the gas phase molecules after the primary separation of the oil and gas barrel at high temperature, the molecular diameter is ≤0.01μm, the oil is difficult to be Its capture separation results in excessive fuel consumption.
Solution: Find the cause of high temperature, solve the problem and lower the temperature, and use good quality oil as much as possible.

Lubricant replacement elements:
1. Air compressor oils of different brands and different grades are forbidden to be mixed.
2. The old engine oil needs to be drained when replacing. It is strictly forbidden to use supplemental or filtration
    and reuse. Because although the surface looks like the color of the air compressor oil, the consumption of
    additives may have exceeded the limit.
3. If there is not much oil in the engine oil, put 1/2 new oil, run it for 15 to 60 minutes, and then fill it with new oil. If
    there is too much carbon in the air compressor, after removing the cylinder, manually remove the sludge and    
   carbon deposit, and then use special cleaning agent to clean, but after cleaning, dry it with dry air, then add    
    cleaning oil to clean 100 After 200 hours, the cleaning oil was drained and the new oil was added for normal
    operation. Failure to do so may not only destroy the performance of the oil additive, but may also result in a
    safety incident.
4. When replacing the oil, you should also change the oil bypass filter (air filter), oil filter, oil separator, filter filter
    element, etc., check whether the air filter, check valve, temperature control alarm, etc. are in good condition.
