Industrial intelligent integrated electromagnetic flowmeter flange connection sewage wastewater DN100 with 485/4-20mA

 

A flowmeter for measuring flow according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. Electromagnetic flowmeter has the advantages of minimal pressure loss and large flow range. The ratio of the maximum flow rate to the minimum flow rate is generally more than 20:1, the applicable industrial pipe diameter range is wide, up to 3m, the output signal and the measured flow rate is linear, high accuracy, can measure the conductivity of acid, alkali, salt solution, water, sewage, corrosive liquid and mud, pulp, pulp and other fluid flow. But it does not measure the flow of gas, steam or pure water.

 

 

 

Usage:

Electromagnetic flowmeter has two operating states: automatic measurement state and parameter setting state.

When the meter is powered on, it will automatically enter the measuring state. In the state of automatic measurement, the electromagnetic flowmeter automatically completes each measurement function and displays the corresponding measurement data. In the parameter setting state, the user uses four panel keys to complete the instrument parameter setting.

1.1 Key function under automatic measurement state

Lower key: Cyclic selection of the screen down to display content;

Up key: select the contents of the screen to display on the loop;

Composite key + confirm key: enter parameter setting state;

Confirm key: return to automatic measurement state;

Under the measurement state, LCD display contrast adjustment: small liquid crystal is through the "compound key + up key" or "compound key + down key" press a few seconds; The large liquid crystal is realized by adjusting the potentiometer on the back of the large liquid crystal.

1.2 Key function under parameter setting state

Down key: the number at the cursor is reduced by 1;

Up key: the number at the cursor is increased by 1;

Composite key + down key: move the cursor to the left;

Composite key + Up key: move the cursor to the right;

Confirm key: enter/exit sub-menu;

Confirm key: under any state, press it continuously for two seconds to return to the automatic measurement state.

Note: 1. When using the "compound key", press the compound key first and then press the "up key" or "down key" at the same time.

2. In the parameter setting state, there is no key operation within 3 minutes, and the meter will automatically return to the measuring state.

3. To select flow direction for zero correction of flow, move the cursor to "+" or "--" on the left side and switch to the opposite direction with "up" or "down" key.

4. To select the unit of flow, move the cursor to the unit of flow originally displayed in the menu of "Flow Range Settings", and then use "Up" or "Down" to switch to make it meet the needs.

 

 

Installation of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter sensor on process pipeline:

1. The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter measures that the blocked pipe must be fully filled with medium at any time, and cannot work normally under the condition of dissatisfied tube or empty tube. When the medium is not satisfied with the tube, the method of raising the height of the outlet pipe at the back end of the flowmeter can be used to make the medium full of the tube, so as to avoid the tube and gas attached to the electrode.

2. The vacuum in the pipe will damage the lining of the flowmeter, so special attention should be paid to it.

3. The positive direction of flow should be consistent with the positive direction indicated by the arrow on the flowmeter.

4. The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed in the straight pipe, can also be installed in the horizontal or inclined pipe, but the center connection of the two electrodes is required to be in a horizontal state.

5. For liquid and solid two-phase fluid, it is best to use vertical installation, so that the measured medium flows from top to bottom, which can make the lining of the flowmeter wear evenly and prolong its service life.

6. Ensure that the flowmeter has sufficient space near the pipe flange for installation and maintenance.

7. If the measuring pipe is vibrating, there should be fixed supports on both sides of the flowmeter.

8. If the measuring medium is heavily polluted liquid, the flowmeter body shall be installed in the bypass pipeline to empty and clear the flow without interrupting the process operation.

9. Time the flow of PTFE lining installed. The bolts connecting the flange should be tightened evenly, otherwise it is easy to crush the PTFE lining.
