This serious of cooling integrates the progress of rolling, cooling and crushing, The hot melt materials drop down on to the stailess steel belt under which tehre is chiling water sprayed; the crusher will break the squeezed materials into flakes with thickness of 1-2mm. This series of cooling belt can meet the productivity requirement from Lab to utmost production, which makes it an ideal equipment for chips production.
