Product Description

Our sublimation printer is used to make textile products, such as blanket, polyester dress, plush toys and so on. It prints on sublimation papers first, then heat transfer the pattern to the fabric you want. Automatic printing and dye sublimation ink make the pattern colors bright, strong and fantastic.
About printhead, it can be Epson 5113, Epson 4720 (Epson s3200) and Epson DX5. 

Epson 4720 and 5113 are nearly the same in appearance, specification and performance. But 4720 is more and more popular in customers due to lower price, sufficient supply and ink compatibility. 
Epson 5113 is an alternative of DX5 when utilize water-based ink. 
Epson DX5 is the most stable and recognized printhead in the market. Double 4 colors can achieve the satisfactory resolution 1440 dpi, high printing quality. But the price is much higher than 5113 and 4720.

A: For machine parts, we have one year guarantee. For motor, three months guarantee. For spare parts touching with ink, such as ink sat, ink pump, printhead, we have no guarantee. It's all the same in the market.
 
Q6. What is your after-sale service?
A: We help install through teamviewer, if you have problem when you use the machine, we will teach you online. These are all for free. If needed, we can also send engineers to your place, but you need to pay their travel expense.
 
Q7. How to make order?
A: First consult to us what kind of machine you need, Second send material sample to us to print, Third confirm the order, Fourth pay the money, Fifth we send the machine out to you, Sixth help install online, Seventh daily support online.
If you need not to print material samples, it' OK. Confirm everything with us.
 
Q8. How about Payment?
A: Pay 30% in advance, we assemble the machine for you. Then pay the rest before we send the machine out, when we almost finish assembling we will let you know.
