Q: Why are water stains left on the ground?
A: 1. Whether the cleaned ground belongs to soft ground.
2. Check whether there is any foreign matter between the two suction strips.
3. Check whether the water absorption rubber strip is worn.
4. Check whether the suction grill is adjusted correctly.

Q: Why is the water absorption function of the floor scrubber poor?
A: 1. The cover of the sewage tank is tightly locked.
2. The cover of the sewage drain is locked.
3. Check and make sure the suction pipe is clean and not blocked.
4. Check that the tape is real and touching the floor.
5. If the rubber strip is not sharp enough, please use the sharp edge of it to be at the outer end.

Q: Why are watermarks after cleaned?
A: 1. Wipe the dirt on the water absorption rubber strip with a cloth.
2. Check that the edge of the adhesive strip is sharp and does not change.

Q:Why does the floor scrubber not come out of water?
A: 1. Check and make sure that the water size regulating lever key has been turned on.
2. Check and confirm that there is water in the clean water tank.
3. Check that the clean water filter screen is clean.
