Structure and Working principle

XBD - Z series self-priming fire pump, mainly composed of pump body, impeller, back cover, pump shaft, bearing, mechanical seal tube inlet valve, gas/liquid separation, water valves, into, row of nozzles.The structure of the pump is shown in figure
The working principle of pump: the pump body is equipped with liquid storage chamber, and through the cycle of the drain holes and the above hole and pump working chamber are interlinked, constitute the axial flow pump outer recirculation system.Pump stop working after pump inner cavity has a certain volume of liquid storage.When the pump starts, under the action of reservoir in the pump impeller, the air entrainment was thrown up, liquid through the grid work back into the cavity of the gas-liquid separation pipe, make the pump in a certain degree of vacuum, achieve the effect of imbibition.



Installation requirements

1, before installation shall carefully check the pump body abortion in presence of rigid objects, to avoid damage to the impeller and the pump body when running.
2, install piping quantity are not allowed to add on the pump, lest make pump deformation, affect the normal operation.
3, tighten the anchor bolts, lest start when the vibration impact on pump performance.
4, on the road at the inlet and outlet pipe of pump installation regulator, installed near the pump outlet pressure gauge, to control the operation of the pump in rated conditions, to ensure the normal use of the pump.
5, discharge line such as non-return valve should be installed outside the gate.
