1. Joint mobility training:
   a. It makes use of the gravity to pull.
   As for the patient with shoulder joint moving problem, we can hold the ribs with appropriate height. Then the elbow joint is straightened, and  the center of the gravity is downward, so that the shoulder joint is stretched.
   As for the patients with scoliosis, we can hold the ribs when you lift your hand, and then the body is suspended. Because of the gravity of the body, the spine can be stretched so as to help correct the deformity.
   b. We can use ribs to fix the limbs for stretching.
   As for the people with hip dysfunction, we can insert our feet into ribs with appropriate height, and then lean forward to stretch the hip joint.
2 Balance training:
   We can use hand ribs to facilitate the patient's body weight transfer training, standing balance training, etc.
