NJP-3800C, which totally meets the GMP requirements, is a professional pharmaceutical capsule filling machine for filling Chinese, Western medicines and health care product. NJP-3800C high speed capsule filling machine has high production and low in energy consumption, which is convenient to clean and stable to operate. 
NJP-3800C is appropriate for continuous production of 24 hours. With the great support of six technological innovations and two invention, NJP-3800C capsule filling line machine can automatically finish the production process including sowing, capsule separating, filling, locking, unqualified capsule rejected and finished products output. 
 According to the modular and integrated design thoughts, NJP-3800C capsule filling machine add three tail fixed brackets to improve the bearing capacity of the bracket then the upper part and the bottom of the machine form an organic unified structure.The stability is greatly enhanced. The mechanism of capsule got the national utility model patent, using cylinder push-pull-over discharge to avoid dust. NJP-3800C is equipped with on-line air pressure mold cleaning system. Both the upper and lower molds are clean and no dust. They can improve the sowing effect of NJP-3800C automatic capsule filler filling machine.    The filling mechanism of NJP-3800C adopts the design of clamping groove, which is convenient for the installation and disassembly.
