This machine is a rotary bottle washing machine, mainly used for cleaning the bottle of wine, beverage, water and other products.The new bottles enter the equipment through the bottle dividing screw and star wheel. The clamp and turnover mechanism clamp the bottle mouth and turn it to the bottle mouth downward. After being washed with sterile water, the new bottles automatically turn over to the bottle mouth upward and are transported to the next process through the star wheel.The main structure of the equipment, the contact part with the flushing medium and the external protective cover are made of stainless steel.Open gear drive: A pneumatic device is installed at the bottle inlet to control the bottle inlet, preventing the bottle from entering the host.The water inlet pipe of bottle punching machine is equipped with pressure gauge and pressure stabilizing valve.Manually adjust the lifting to adapt to different height bottles.A water receiving tray is installed to recover the bottle flushing water.The washing volume of each bottle type is 105ml / S (at 0.25MPa).In case of bottle shortage or shutdown, the washing will be stopped automatically. Our company introduces German technology, and uses the principle of equal pressure filling to design and manufacture by ourselves, so as to fill the liquid into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine.The filling valve adopts constant pressure mechanical valve, which makes the filling quick and sensitive, with high precision of filling liquid level.It has the ability of vacuumizing, so that the oxygen content of the material can reach the minimum in the filling process. With double control of vacuum channel, filling valve has function of stopping vacuuming when there is no bottle.With the help of the guide rod, the automatic cylinder lifts the bottle, which can effectively form the seal between the bottle mouth and the filling valve.Due to the quality problem of glass bottle, the equipment is equipped with bottle explosion protection device. And there is a broken bottle washing, so as not to affect the next bottle.It has perfect CIP cleaning function.According to the different height of the bottle, it can achieve automatic lifting, with high and low position safety protection.The main drive adopts gear drive. It is also called open combination drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. Adopt frequency converter to control the speed of the main motor of the machine. And the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion to adjust speed.The conveying power of the bottle feeding section is provided by the main motor through the gear.The structure of the bottle guiding system is simple, and it can be changed quickly and conveniently according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts the structure of supporting bottle bottom for conveying.The whole machine is controlled automatically by PLC. Faultsare displayed online, such as bottle blocking, cover lacking, etc.It has many safety protection functions. It won't open the valve and cover cap when there is no bottle. It will stop when there is no cap or when there is situation of door opened.The material in the filling cylinder is automatically controlled. The liquid level height is detected by the liquid level sensor to ensure the stability of liquid level and the reliability of filling.The key parts and electrical components of this machine are imported products. The caps arranged by the capping device are pressed onto the filled bottles, and then send bottles to the next process by the conveyor chain.In the capping machine, the turntable is driven to rotate by the reducer. The cap leaves the hopper from the cap outlet under the action of centrifugal force, and there is a cap storage area in the hopper to increase the capacity of cap sorting. There is a front and back cover reversing device at the exit. When the back cover passes by, it is converted into a front cover by the reversing device. The cover quantity in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cover conveying machine to ensure the best effect of putting cover. When the front cover enters the slideway, it can enter the cover container smoothly. If there is a cover in the cover container, the second cover cannot be inserted, which improves the utilization rate of the cover. We also arrange a pair of photoelectric switches on the slideway. When it detects that there is no cap, the host will be stopped immediately.The capper has a bottle height compensation function, which can reduce the bottle break rate. For bottles of different specifications, as long as the same standard crown cap is used, there is no need to replace the capping mold.The capping head is novel in structure, beautiful in appearance, easy to clean and easy to adjust. The capping pressure can be adjusted to make the thread clear and full after sealing. The appropriate top pressure ensures the reliable sealing of the bottle mouth. At the same time, it has the function of knife edge protection. Service Term1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation and 3 daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.
Commercial Terms1. Warranty
All parts are under two year warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
50% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
50% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
