The brushless DC motor driver is used to drive the DC brushless motor. The C20 series brushless driver use wall-mounted installation. Do not use it in explosive environment, flammable gas environment, corrosive environment, the place in contact with water, or near combustible materials to prevent explosion, injury, and fire!


The Features of C20 Series Brushless DC Motor Driver:

1.Multiple operation modes: open loop, closed loop (control accuracy ±0.5%);

2.Multiple commands setting: multi-function input terminal control; communication control; external keyboard control;

3.Multiple speed setting: built-in knob, external analog voltage or PWM, communication setting, keyboard setting, multi-speed range, simple PLC control and etc. (depending on the specific model);

4.Accelerated speed/deceleration control: 0.3s~10s, adjustable via knob, communication and keyboard;

5.Function of electronic brake: realize fast electromagnetic brake;

6.Multi-function input interface: 5 digital inputs, users can customize through the keyboard as: positive rotation, reverse rotation, jog, free stop, electronic brake, multi-speed and other functions input;

7.Multi-function output interface: 2 digital outputs (open-collector output), users can customize through the keyboard as: running, error, speed output, overload warning, virtual terminal output and others;

8.Complete error testing and protection functions: under-voltage, over-voltage, over-current, overload, locked-rotor, short-circuit, and lack of error detection; after an error occurs, the driver shows corresponding protection actions according to the error type; error information can be displayed through LED Light or keyboard.

C20 series motor driver can be equipped with an external keyboard. The external keyboard can be used to set driver parameters, read driver status, realize keyboard control, multi-function input, multi-function output, multi-speed, suggest PLC and other functions.

Q: Do you have a customized service for your standard motors or gearboxes?
A: Yes, we can customize per your request for the voltage, speed, torque and shaft size/shape. If you need additional wires/cables soldered on the terminal or need to add connectors, or capacitors or EMC we can make it too.

Q: Do you have an individual design service for motors?
A: Yes, we would like to design motors individually for our customers, but some kind of  molds are necessory to be developped which may need exact cost and design charging. 

Q: What's your lead time?
A: Generally speaking, our regular standard product will need 15-30days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.
