High quality ring die pellet machine for corncob

Raw materials:
wood,straw,cotton stalk, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo ,empty fruit branch, waster paper, corncob and Palm fiber etc.
 
Requirements for raw materials:
Size:1-2mm(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet. If too high, or too low, you need to dry or moisture them first.
 
Working process:
1. Preparing raw materials:
All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.
2. Drying process:
Before going to the pellet machine, the moisture of sawdust must be controlled
at 10-15%. This process can be realized by a drum dryer.
3. Feeding process:
The dry sawdust is delivered by a conveyer into the stock bin which is installed over the feed hopper. 
4. Pressing process:
After the sawdust delivered into the rotating die of wood pellet machine, we can start the wood pellet machine. The sawdust will be pressed through 4 rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the sawdust and extrudes it through the holes in the die.
