1. Eurostars water cooled commercial flooded screw chiller main components
(1)Compressor
*Adopt world famous screw type compressor, proven quality.
*Most advanced high efficiency 5:6 asymmetric tooth type screw
*Semi-hermetic design, with less components, lower fault performance.
(2)Condenser
*Cleanable water cooled condenser is made of thread copper tubes, with the advantage of high efficiency, can be designed to be corrosion resistant and stable heat transfer.
(3)Evaporator
*Adopt flooded type shell and tube evaporator, outer rolled material of the evaporator is soft thermal insulation, efficiently avoid heat transferring between evaporator and outdoor air, reduce energy consumption.
(4)Dry filter
*Dryer filter can filtrate water, acid and easy to replace.
(5)Expansion valve
*Adopt imported expansion valve, aim to adjust refrigeration flow into evaporator according to evaporating temperature, and maintain a certain pressure so as to ensure the evaporating efficiency.
(6)Controller
*Advanced microcomputer intelligent control HMI system, inbuilt Eurostars control algorithm with special design, energy efficiency and reliability is much more outstanding.
*Touch screen display design, PLC controller is optional.
2. Eurostars water cooled screw flooded chiller features
(1)Using special screw compressor and flooded type evaporation heat transfer technology, the energy efficiency ratio of the unit is up to 5.6;
(2)A new designed flooded type heat exchange optimizes refrigerant distributor, the heat transfer coefficient is 3 times that of the traditional dry expansion evaporator, effectively improves the cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio of the whole unit;
(3)The chiller adopts multi safety protections, and real-time monitoring and control of high and low pressure, exhaust temperature, water temperature, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the chiller unit;
(4)The chiller unit can use the fuzzy principle to adjust the compressor capacity steplessly according to the change of air-conditioning water temperature to match the actual air-conditioning load, and reach the energy-saving effect.

7.Eurostars service:
(1)Quality assurance
Guarantee that the goods are sold to be conform to the provisions of the contract and qualified new products by factory inspection, quality performance, technical indicators and configured are in accordance with manufactures and technical documents stipulated in the contract.
(2)Installation and debugging
After the arrival of the goods, my company or my company agent is responsible for installation and debugging of equipment need on-site installation and debugging.
(3)Inspection and acceptance
After installation and debugging, acceptance by the customer to confirm the goods to be conform to the provisions of the contract and qualified new products, quality performance, technical indicators and configured are in accordance with manufactures and technical documents stipulated in the contract, and after the confirmation of a full set of technical documents, sign the installation acceptance report and confirm acceptance.
(4)Training
At the same time of installation and debugging of equipment, my company's after-sales service engineer is responsible for technical training for user until user can be skilled of operation. In the process of using equipment by customer, customer can consult relevant technical issues to after-sales service personal of our company at any time, according to the situation, my company will arrange training on site or remote.
(5)After sale service commitment
A full free one year warranty since BL date, during the warranty period, all repairs and spare parts are free of charge(instrument malfunction caused by human factors will be charged of cost price of spare parts); After the warranty period, we will be responsible for maintenance of equipment for lifetime, according to the actual maintenance fees, appropriate fee will be charged.

Package:
(1)Multiple packing: proved by tests of the compression resistance, throwing. And highly secured.
(2)Plywood case packing: High resistance of burst strength, ring crushing strength and tearing strength.
(3)Wooden frame parking: Damp-proved and high resistance burst strength and ring crush strength.
Shipping:
(1)If the quantity of order is not very big, we could send them to you by express delivery, such as TNT, DHL, UPS or EMS, etc.
(2)If order is big, we will advise you use air shipping or sea shipping through your nominated forwarder agent. Our long-term cooperated agent is also available.
(3)If chiller by air shipping, the refrigerant gas should be emitted for safety consideration.
