Introduction:
The machine is combined with pneumatic, mechanical and electrical system. The machine is achieved to automatic continuous working feeding cup, curling, completed cup and stacking. It is suitable for sheet of PVC, PC, PET, PP GXPP and PLA (Green PP) etc, to make curling the mouth cup. 
This machine uses pneumatic machinery and electric system altogether, and then delivers the cup and heats forming all automatic continue process. 

Operation instruction:
1 this machine is fixed in the dry and clean firmly horizontal ground.
2. Connecting the out power and air power. According to the size of products to adjustment the main engine screw rod, loosen the spring to adjust the screw. The three screws can clip the cup, in order to verticality between cup and screw.
3. It is good to make the cup forming to adjustment the three press rods.
4. Open the heating switch, when the heating is finished, then open the main machine.
5.Change either the temperature or the speed of main machine to alter the shape of cup.
6.Guarantee the all pneumatic parts slide, need to add the lubricate in the parts in time , and the same time to be careful the other parts.( gear wheel sprocket and guide pole).
 
Temperature Control:
Open the power switch, the temperature controller has set higher than the preset temperature of 50ºC(As would like to set up 100ºC, the temperature controller should set 150ºC), put 3 Voltage Regulators to the same Voltage of 220V or 210V(used by "△▽"button).
When the temperature controller reached to preset temperature, 3 Voltage Regulators should be reduced simultaneously (As the controller temperature is 100ºC, the down Voltage is about 40V, do all like that).
Speed Control:
According to Frequency Panel "△▽"button to adjust the speed.
