Use and structural characteristics
Serial floating ball valves are mainly applied to natural gas, oil products, chemical engineering, metallurgy, city building, environment protection, pharmacy and food industries, among which the anti-sulphur series are used for long delivery pipes of natural gas that contains hydrogen sulphide medium, a lot of impurity and corrosive substances.
Specific sealing structure of valve base
Double cant elastic seal ring or V-shaped groove seal ring structural design is adopted to ensure sealing reliability. As for low-pressure, ultralow pressure or vacuum-operated ball valves, a plate spring-loaded sealing structure of valve base is adopted to ensure their long term sealing reliability. As for moderate or high temperature ball valves, para-position polyethylene or metal can be adopted for valve base material.
Automatic pressure relief structure
When the pressure in cloaca cavity increase singularly, the cavity medium can push valve base by its own thrusting force, which results in automatic pressure relief and valve security assurance.
