Product Description
Chain slings are the classic and widely used load handling attachment for a wide variety of lifting applications.
They feature flexibility and extremely high durability.

Grade 80 welded chain sling is manufactured from alloy steel and engineered for superior strength, lightness, and durability.
Chain is embossed with Grade 80.
Durable metal tag is attached to the sling and permanently identifies grade, type, working load limit (at a specific angle of lift), and registration number of the sling.
Overhead lifting components can also be used in rigging applications where a lighter-weight, higher-strength chain is desirable.

We offer complete chain slings and components in grade 80 and 100 as well as corresponding accessories and spare parts.
Chain slings make to order according to your requirements.

All lifting components are uniformly marked with equivalent chain size and grade.
Safety factor : 4:1

  • Never use a sling without training.
  • Never walk or stand under a suspended load
  • Always know load weight to avoid sling failure
  • Never overload a sling. Never ride on sling or load
  • Ensure the load is balanced and will not tilt or fall.
  • Never use an improper sling configuration
  • Never use a worn-out or damaged sling
  • Check tag to confirm that sling is rated adequately for the load (see load angle chart)
  • Position hooks of multi-leg slings facing outward from the load. Do not lift on the point of the hook and ensure that the chain is not twisted or knotted.
  • Where chain has to pass round a sharp corner use suitable packaging to give the chain protection.
  • Balance the load and maintain load control
  • Never expose chain slings to chemicals, particularly acidic conditions, without consulting the supplier
  • Keep fingers, toes etc. clear ensuring they do not become trapped when lifting, lowering or controlling loads
