Rock drilling tools ROSCHEN has a comprehensive range of DTH drill bits with COP shanks type for a wide range of hole sizes, which have been designed to match all conceivable applications for water well industries, mining and construction.
Shank type:COP32, COP34, COP44, COP54, COP64; and DTH rock drill bits hole diameter: 3'', 4'', 5'', 6'', 8''(85mm-350mm).
Convex Face
A classic design for soft to medium hard rock formation which is not so abrasive. This design have very excellent penetration rate but poor in hole deviation if rock is too hard.
For high penetration rate in soft to medium-hard with low to medium air pressure. It is the most resistance to steel wash, and may reduce the load and wear on the gauge buttons, but poor hole deviation control.
Semi-Ballistic/Parabolic Buttons
Excellent penetration rate, but only suited to medium hard and not so very abrasive rock formation.
Roschen's robust DTH bits are designed to extend bit life and in-hole drilling time with hardened premium steel alloy and tungsten carbide bits. Optimized flushing holes and multiple face designs provide the ideal design for each application. Roschen's DTH Bits use shank and spline configurations matching most industry-trusted DTH hammers.
