1. Eurostars water cooled commercial flooded screw chiller brief introduction
In many types of larger commercial and industrial buildings, water-cooled electric flooded chillers offer an attractive alternative to air-cooled electric chillers and packaged rooftop units (RTUs). As their name implies, water-cooled chillers use water to absorb heat from the chiller and disperse it through a cooling tower, as opposed to air-cooled chillers and RTUs, which disperse heat only by using air-cooled condenser coils.
2. Eurostars water cooled commercial flooded screw chiller main components
(1)Compressor
*Adopts Taiwan HANBELL brand semi-hermetic screw compressor or Germany BITZER. The latest 5:6 patented screw rotor profile with excellent efficiency.
*Adjustable infinite or closely stepped capacity control, features energy efficient, stable and quiet running.
*Most advanced patented highest precision manufacturing process.
*Built-in full intelligent monitoring and protection including thermal motor temperature monitoring, phase sequence monitoring, manual reset lock-out, oil temperature sensor.
*Wide range of refrigerant for option, including R134A, R407C and R22(R404A, R507C upon request).
(2)Evaporator and Condenser
*Shell and tube flooded evaporator: the liquid refrigerant "floods" the shell around the tubes, the water in the tubes.
*Shell and tube condenser: the refrigerant is on the shell side, and the fluid is on the tube side, the fluid is generally fresh water, used with an open cooling tower. Shell and tube material can be customized design upon request.
(3)Control Box
*Adopt touch screen controller, clearly display each working situation and system circuit.
*Employ reliable and safe Schneider or Fuji electric relays, contactors, breaker and other components
(4)Expansion Valve
*Adopt superior quality famous exterior balanced thermal or electronic expansion valve, which is high reliability and adjustability, can realize precise refrigerant and temperature control to ensure operating in precise and reliable status.
3. Eurostars water cooled screw flooded chiller features
(1)Compressor is Hanbell brand, other brand such as Bitzer is optional .The inside safety protection can guarantee the long lasting of the chiller well.
(2)Equipped with shell and tube condenser and shell and tube flooded evaporator, which are quite easy to be cleaned and maintained. Expansion water tank is equipped with automatic water supply device. Water cooled cased chiller with shell tube evaporator is suitable for the abundant of water resource.
(3)Bigger units are assembled 2 set or 4 sets of compressors, so they are able to used as separate or together to reduce the resource waste.
(4)Complete with safety protection and error indication system ,including compressor over load, protection, pump over load protection, high pressure and low pressure protection and failure protection.
(5)Equipped with figure intellectualized temperature controls, which can accurately measure and control water temperature within the range of 5C~20C.
