(2) if the mold spare parts are damaged in the production process, the customer shall provide photos or videos and inform the mold number, and we will arrange to send the mold parts and guide the installation.
(3) if the mold quality needs to be repaired, our factory provides two solutions:
A: Our factory will arrange engineers to repair in the customer's factory.
B: Or customer find a local place for repair and inform us the cost in advance. Our factory will pay the cost.
(4) if the mold quality problem cannot be solved through maintenance, our factory provides two solutions:
A: make a new mold for the customer in free of charge.
B: Return back full payment of this mould to our customers.

A: Custom-made molds are our main business.
2.Q: Do you have existing plastic products?
A: Our factory make injection molds based cliens' drawing or sample firstly, then bulk production.
3.Q: How about production time?
A: 20-45days for making molds, 2days for testing molds, 10-15days for buck production. It depends on mold structure & order quantity.
4.Q: What service do you provide?
A: Design 3D drawing, make 3D print sample, CNC parts, develop pnjection plastic mold, supply plastic products & parts.
