 Payment and delivery time:
 
1.Sample rules :
  1. All of samples can be design base on buyer's requirement.
  2. Sample will be charged upon customer's design requirement, we will refund the sample cost after when customer place order to us.

2. Delivery time: 7-12 days to finish one piece sample, 25-30 days to finish production after getting 40% deposit and confirming samples.

3. Payment terms: 40% deposit in advance, 60% balance should be paid before delivery.

4. Payment ways: By T/T, Western union or Paypal.

1. Do I need to come to your factory to order?
---- Answer: Welcome to visit our office and factory! but if this is out of your budget, do not worry, we can do everything through email, phone and whatsApp, facebook. 

2. Which textiles/fabrics can you work with?
---- Answer: We're good at make knitted clothes and woven clothes, we're able to work with most kinds of materials.

3. What kind of techniques are you good at?
---- Answer: Beading, embroidery, printing, garment dyed, etc.   

4. Can I order samples first and then place the bulk order?
---- Answer: Yes, we understand that customers want samples firstly, and then need a sales period to collect orders from their customers, this is not a problem, however, we will ask the customer for a sample cost, this sample cost will be refund when customer placing the order.

5. Can I put my own label and logo on the clothes?
---- Answer:
(1) About logo: we can customize customer's logo on the clothes, but the MOQ of clothes is 200 PCS. 
(2) About label: you have two options: 
1) Sending your label design to us and we make them for you, but the MOQ of label is 500 PCS.
2) Sending your available labels to us and we put them on the clothes (free of charge).
