Material requirements of WPC
1, Plastic raw material: Because 200 ° C is the upper limit of the processing temperature of wood-plastic composite materials, some resins with melting points exceeding 200C, such as PET, cannot be used in wood-plastic composite materials.so generally we use PP, PE, PVC or ABS for WPC production
2, Moisture of material: Water vapor can degrade the properties of the composite and also help to breed microorganisms, so it must be removed before using wood fillers. The wood filler is dried before processing. Generally, the moisture content after the treatment is less than 1 ~ 2%.
3, Chemical additives: Appropriate additives are needed to modify the surface of the polymer and wood flour to increase the interfacial affinity between wood flour and resin.
4, Percentage of wood powder
High-filled wood flour has poor dispersion effect in molten thermoplastics, making the melt fluid poor, and extrusion molding processing difficult. so we use max.70% wood content for PP PE WPC Products, and max.50% Wood content for PVC WPC products. the wood content will be reduced because of foaming technology required for PVC WPC foam board

This production line consists of twin conical screw extruder, die head , calibrating table, haul off and cutting machine ,stacker.
(1) Plastic PVC profile machine is specializing in producing PVC plastic profiles such as PVC WPC doors and windows profiles, decorative plates, tiny foaming profiles and decorative plates.
(2) The material of PVC window and door profile machine can be PVC,UPVC, WPC etc.
(3) By Absorbing advanced technology from abroad, our company developed the large plastic profile machine, which is equipped with twin conical screw extruder, and it possesses the advantages of high degree automation, stable performance, high output and efficiency, etc.
(4) The customer can use one PVC window and door profile machine produce different size and shape profiles by changing the mould .
(5) PVC profile extrusion line is optimumly designed by referring to the latest overseas technology, it bears the features of even plasticization, low cutting rate, high output, and long lifespan, etc. The extrusion line includes twin conical screw extruder, mould,calibrator, haul off and cutting machine,stacker.
(6) To match with different moulds, the calibrating platform of 4m, 6m, 8m or 11m, etc. can be chosen accordingly. The main machine with parallel double-screw is especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of various kinds of profiles.
(7) The PVC profile machine is run by alternating current frequency controller or direct current controllable silicon. The temperature controlling instrument is introduced from abroad. (3)PVC/UPVC WPC wood plastic composite WPC door panel making machine
This WPC PVC door making machine line is used for making WPC door panels from PVC and wood powder, the WPC hollow panel can be used either inner and outer door panel, partition, windowsill etc.it centralizes the characters of both plastic and wood, and also overcomes the shortage of wood, such as water -proof, corrosion resisting, anti-moth, anti-aging, static-free, and flame retarded.

This WPC board production line uses PVC and wood fiber as raw material, by semi-crust or full-crust foaming technology, to make WPC solid boards/panels with low density for 0.45-0.8gram/cm3, the WPC foam boards are widely used for making furniture panel, construction formwork, partition wall....

Production flow of PP/PE WPC profile
a. plastic recycling: washing, crushing ,drying the PP/PE plastic wastage into flakes, the flakes shall be used for WPC production directly.
b. wheat straw powder making: crushing, milling and drying the wheat straw into 80-100 mesh powder
c. material mixing: weighting and mixing all material together according to our formula by hot mixing machine
d. WPC granulating: extrusion by parallel double screw extruder and do hot-pelletizing into WPC granules.
e. WPC extrusion: extrusion by conical double screw extruder and molding in required size and shape with water cooling calibrating, online fixed length cutting.
f. WPC surface design: embossing, brushing, or sanding on the surface to make different wooden grain feeling.
