2. Production Flow
(1). Bend the wire mesh fence
(2). Sandblast, make surface uneven, so powder spray will adhere to surface strongly.
(3). Deoil, washing and phosphating
(4). Drying and epoxy polyester powder coating
(5). Drying
(6). Take off the wire mesh fence

3. Packing

We pack the wire mesh fence as following pictures show, which could minimize the losses. 
When the wire mesh fence are being packed, these photos will be sent to you.

(1). Wire mesh fence: plastic flim + wood/metal pallet

*It should be some mat on the bottom to keep the bottom panel be safety
*It should be 4 metal corner around the panel pallet, let it be more strong. It can't be destroyed 
* It should have iron plate under the plastic bandage, or the panel will be destroyed. 
* It should have wood plate on the top of the fence panel, to avoid above pallet destoy panel below

(2). Post: every post pack with a plastic bag(the cap is covered well on the post)+pallet
