The fourth generation cephalosporins. Its antibacterial spectrum has been further expanded. It has strong antibacterial activity against a variety of gram positive and negative bacteria, including enterobacter, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other non fermentative bacteria, Haemophilus, Staphylococcus, etc. It is used for all kinds of infections caused by sensitive bacteria, mainly used for respiratory tract infection caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
