The distillation process is automated, that is, after the conditions are set, insert the digestion tube into the carrier, close the safety door, and then the apparatus automatically completes the whole distillation process, including automatic addition of absorption liquid, alkali and boric acid, automatic distillation (time settable as required), sound prompting after the completion of distillation; the system is internally provided with an anti-pumping device.
A steam flow regulation and nitrate nitrogen automatic test procedure is added on the basis of common nitrogen determination apparatus, so that the scope of use is wider and the workload of laboratory staff is reduced to a greater extent. The apparatus has a high degree of automation, moreover, the heating mode, the steam control mode and the reagent adding mode are comparable with famous imported products, the internal domestic components are products with reliable quality, and a portion of the parts are manufactured in Germany, the United States and the like to ensure the quality.

Automatic reagent addition and distillation; after work is over, distillation automatically stops, circulating water is automatically closed, and a buzz is given for prompting.
Automatically detecting the liquid level of steam generator and replenishing liquid
Imported steam overpressure protection system is installed in the steam furnace to ensure work safety
Imported flow-limiting valve is adopted to automatically control the circulating water flow at 1.5L/min, and is opened and closed along with distillation, leading to convenience, safety and water saving.
Transparent organic glass push-pull shield, beautiful and providing reliable safety protection
Test tube and safety door automatic detection system effectively prevents maloperation
The case is made of ABS engineering plastic with alkali resistance, water resistance, electricity resistance and safety.
