CDS6166C Toolroom big bore horizontal manual metal Lathe Machine

The main performance characteristics:
Cds6140b / C series horizontal lathe is an ordinary lathe developed and produced by steel horse Machine Tool. It can turn
the outer circle, inner hole and end face of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metal and non-metallic parts, drill holes, ream holes
and draw oil grooves, and process various metric, English, modulus and diametral pitch threads. Users can also process
circumferential pitch threads when they put forward special orders.

Application:
1. Machine features
1) The diameter of main shaft is large - 82mm for type B and 105mm for type C.
2) It adapts to the advanced technology of high spindle speed and high tool dynamic balance system. It has reached the domestic level of
similar machine tools.
3) High rigidity - the main part of the machine tool is made of resin sand high phosphorus castings, and the structure of the main part of the
machine tool is more reasonable through finite element analysis and optimization.
4) The bed is aged and the guide rail is quenched with high frequency to prolong the service life of the machine tool.
5) Precision grinding of bed guide rail ensures high precision of the whole length of guide rail.
6) The longitudinal screw is protected by metal shield, which is used to improve the personal safety of operators.
