LGM series grouting material use selection reference
1.Anchor Bolt Anchoring
1.1 Proper grouting material can be chosen according to the regulation in the right table for anchor bolt anchoring.

1.2 The depth of bolt anchoring embedding shall meet the design requirement which shall not be less than 15 times the diameter of the bolt.
1.3 The strength level of foundation concrete shall not be below C25
2.Secondary Grouting of Equipment Foundation
2.1 For the secondary grouting of equipment foundation, not only the requirement of design strength shall be met, but grouting material shall be chosen according to the thickness of grouting layer with reference to the right table as well. When applying pressure method or high funnel method to grouting construction, the category selection for grouting material shall be broadened.

2.2 When the thickness of grouting layer exceeds 150mm, grouting can be divided into haves for construction in two times. Proper category of cement-based grouting material shall be chosen based on actual thickness of layer according to the above table. The secondary grouting shall be carried out 24h after the first grouting. Dabbing and soaking treatment shall be carried out on the surface of the first grouting layer before grouting.
2.3 The strength level of equipment foundation concrete shall not be below C25.
3.Concrete Structure Reconstructing and Reinforcing
3.1 When the concrete column is reinforced by the method of enlarging section, the minimum spacing between the concrete column and the template shall not be less than 60mm. LGM-3 grouting material shall be applied.
3.2 When the concrete column is reinforced by the method of adding puttee and the minimum spacing between the original concrete column surface and the external puttee is within 10-20mm, LGM-1 grouting material shall be applied; when minimum spacing is not less than 20mm, LGM-2 or LGM-3 grouting materials shall be applied.
3.3 When the concrete column is reinforced by the method of dry-type enwrapping steel, the minimum spacing between the angle steel and the template is not less than 30mm and the minimum spacing between the angle steel and the original concrete column is not less than 20mm, LGM-3 grouting material shall be applied.
3.4 When the concrete beam is reinforced by the method of increasing section, and the minimum spacing between the beam side surface and the template is not less than 60mm or the minimum spacing between the beam bottom and the template is not less than 80mm, LGM-3 grouting material shall be applied.
3.5 When the floor plate is reinforced by the method of laminating and increasing plate thickness, and the plate thickness increased in upper layer reinforcing of the floor plate is not less than 40mm or the plate thickness increased in under layer reinforcing of the floor plate is not less than 80mm, LGM-3 grouting material shall be applied.
3.6 For the repair of honeycomb, hole and column root rot during the construction of concrete structure, when the thickness of grouting layer is not less than 50mm, LGM-3 grouting material shall be applied.
4.Post-tensioned Pre-stressing Concrete Structure Pore Canal Grouting
4.1 For post-tensioned pre-stressing concrete structure pore canal grouting, LGM-1 grouting material shall be applied according to the requirement of existing national standard Concrete Structure Design Specification GB50010.
4.2 The following property requirements shall be made for grouting materials: the content of chloride ion shall not exceed 0.06% of gross grouting material; when special property requirements are available, relevant standard or design requirement shall be followed.
Construction procedure
1. Prepare the mixer, grouting equipment, formwork and maintenance items, clean the grouting space and moisten the concrete surface in advance.
2. Set up the template and seal the connection of the template with cement (sand) slurry and plastic tape to ensure no water leakage and slurry leakage.
3. Add water and water at a rate of 12-15% of the weight of the grouting material (2 to 3 minutes for mechanical stirring and more than 5 minutes for manual stirring).
4. Pour the evenly stirred grouting material into the grouting part from one direction.If necessary, bamboo strip or steel guide can be used to properly vibrate or gently knock the template.
5. Cover plastic film and cover straw curtain or cotton quilt for dank and wet curing for 3-7 days immediately after construction.
6. The operating temperature is -10ºC to 40ºC.Do not add any admixture or admixture in the grouting material.
