Pneumatic dark rod knife valve is a new kind of gate valve, small volume, light weight, light material saving, is sewage, coal slurry, mud, air, slag water mixture, water supply, paper making, mining and other industries in the ideal products.

Knife gate valves are metal to metal hard seal or metal to rubber soft seal. During opening and closing, the gate and sealing face are specially designed for less friction and durability.

The upper seal of this knife-shaped gate valve breaks through the conventional sealing form, and adopts the upper cover structure, which makes the upper seal changed from a large rectangular seal to a small circumferential seal, and the sealing performance is greatly improved. On the basis of circumferential seal, advanced floating seal structure is adopted to make the upper seal reach the same life as the pipe, thus improving the service life of the valve as a whole.

With a jacket on top of the handwheel, the gate valve keeps all the moving parts of the valve closed, and the screw drive of the gate and stem does not become stuck due to dry lubricating oil. Especially suitable for long-term normal operation in dust and dry harsh environment.
