Environmental High Efficiency Economical Electric Heating Oven

Details Show:

Cabin System: Rock wool sandwich panel, 100mm thick, density is 120kg/m³. Outside
is 0.476mm thick colorful steel, inside is 0.476mm thick galvanized steel, anti-flame and heat -insulation.
2.
End Door: 1 set of swing door for in and out, with lift lock
3.
Heating System: 304 Stainless steel heating element, 39kW in total.
The heating elements are installed to the bottom and two sides of the oven, ensure the temperature is
uniform in the oven.
4.
Control System: 1 unit, including oven temperature setting, holding time setting, over indication, power
switch, power indicator, working indicator, heating indicator.
5.
Guide Rail: 1 set of steel rail for pushing the trolley in and out, 4 pcs of wheels and 2 pcs of beams for
making the trolley.
Process of Powder Coating :
Step1:Pre-treatment, to remove the rust and oil on the product's surface.
Step2:Powder coating manually or automatically.
Step3:Powder curing in the oven under 180ºC for 20 minutes.
Step4:Cooling naturally.
