High Quality Professional Creative Used Industrial Diesel Powder Curing Oven
Details Show:
Cabin System: Rock wool sandwich panel, 100mm thick, density is 120kg/m³. Outside
is 0.476mm thick colorful steel, inside is 0.476mm thick galvanized steel, anti-flame and heat -insulation.
Heating System( DIESEL): Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, the max thermal power: 200,000Karl.
Temperature range: Room temp - 200ºC
1 set of 304 stainless steel heating exchanger.
Cooling System: 1 set of cooling pump and 201 stainless steel water tank to cool the b22earing of circulation fan.
Control System: 1unit, including automatic/constant temperature, stop, emergency stop, start,
oven temperature setting, constant temperature setting, hot air temperature setting,
over indicator, failure indicator, normal indicator, power indicator, pre-work indicator.
Guide Rail: 1 set of steel rail for pushing the trolley in and out. 4 pcs of wheels and 2 pcs of beams for making the trolley.
Process of Powder Coating :
Step1:Pre-treatment, to remove the rust and oil on the product's surface.
Step2:Powder coating manually or automatically.
Step3:Powder curing in the oven under 180ºC for 20 minutes.
Step4:Cooling naturally.
