Notes:
1. The structural layer of planting roof should adopt cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The structural bearing capacity design of new planting roof must include planting load. When the existing building roof is transformed into planting roof, the load must be within the allowable range of roof structure bearing capacity.
2. The design of planting roof construction should follow the principle of "Paying Equal Attention to Prevention, Drainage & Planting; Safety, Environmental Protection, Energy Conservation, Economy, and Suit to Local Conditions", and consider the practicality of construction environment and technology.
3. When the roof slope is greater than 20%, the thermal insulation layer, waterproof layer, drainage (storage) layer and planting soil layer should be taken anti-skid measures; when the roof slope is greater than 50%, it is not easy to make planting roof.
4. Inverted roof should not be covered with soil.
5. Planting design shall combine covering soil planting with container planting, and also combining with ecology and landscape.
6. The green area of simple planting roof should account for more than 80% of the total roof area; the greening area of garden planting roof should account for more than 60% of the total roof area.
7. It is not suitable to plant large arbors trees on the roof of areas with wind above level 6 all year round.
