1. The fiber opening machine is mainly used to open hollow conjugate siliconized polyester fiber, wool and wadding fiber waste that shorter than 100mm.
2. The rollers are made by V-wire, which is stable and long life, opening rate can be 98% up without hurting fiber.
3. High capacity can be from 200kg to 250kg per hour
4. Conveyor has anti-deviation system, the belt is running without touching the wall board, it's stable and can be kept for long life.
5. Professional roller balance process that the machine is running without noise and shaking.
6. There is hand protection device, the operator is not able to put his hands inside of the shaft parts, to protect operator's hands and ensure labor safety.
7. Special roller device protections that the fiber is not jam into the bearings; lower maintenance that clean up the rollers once a week is enough.
8. Its main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine that is stable, long life and lower maintenance.
9. Different power voltage and safety standard can be ordered according to the customer's local requirement.
