1. Mask Making Machine Introduction

1.1 Brief introduction:

This production line mainly used for automated planar face mask
manufacturing, including sections of piece feeding,separation,ear loop
sealing.Full load of cloth will go through rolling, auto edge folding,
tipping;nose strip loading, segmented cut and guiding into bordure,
both sides sealed by ultrasonic until the edge, cut into determined shape;
through the flow line until ear loop sealing section and ultrasonic it;
when the face mask was furnished, goto flow line until planar collection
point.
