1.What is your MOQ?

Usually, our MOQ is 500 pcs. But we accept a lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us what quantity you
need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and
know our service.

2.Can I get samples?

We usually provide existing sample. The samples are for free. But the shipping fee should be on your charge. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be helpful to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-7 days to reach.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 15 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer in-house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make drawing for mold or printing screen
for your final confirmation based on technique.

6. How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors.

7.What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is Paypal, 100% T/T, Wechat Pay, and Alipay.
