    Senphus: Yes, there is a 3 or 4 heat levels. You could adjust the temp. by the temp. button easily. 

4, Customer: Do you sell batteries and adapter?
    Senphus: If you need, we can offer you battery with the heated jacket. Or you could buy from the battery manufacturer or your local market.

5, Customer: How long the battery can work after fully charged/
    Senphus: It depends on the battery capacity.
   Take 6000mAh battery as example: high level: about 2.5~3hrs    Middle level: about 4hrs    Low level: about        6hrs

6, Customer: What's the guarantee?
    Senphus: 1, You could return the heated jacket within 30days as long as it is new and don't affect the second sales.   2, In case the jacket have any quality problem, you could return and we return you money or new jacket.
