1.X and Z axis with 6 pcs sliding blocks. The design of X, Z axis utilize 6 pcs sliding blocks, which improves the cutting stability greatly.
2.Compound casting structure. Three-layer of base, two-layer of column, two-layer saddle. Compound casting structure is stable.
3. 1:1.1 ratio design.The joint surface of the head column adopts 1:1.1 ratio design to increase cutting rigidity.
4.Add the 4th axis easily. No need to pad while adding the 4th axis with increasing the height of column and lengthening the Z axis.
5.Free stand type tool magazine. The tool magazine is fixed with free stand type design, which reduces the deformation of the column due to the lateral long-term loading.
6. Taiwan Spindle and Germany bearings.
