2) High precision: The whole precision design from pay-off to take-up, online tension keeping steady, ensure continuous and smooth extrusion of the wires;
3) High quality: Extrusion concentricity:over 95%, OD tolerance: +/- 0.003;
4) Temperature control stability: Adopted SCR power controller with imported high quality temperature control table and copper casting heater, temperature tolerance: +/- 1ºC;
5) Easy operation: Exclusive adopted NEWTOPP Teflon specialized touch screen, both provide Chinese/English operation interface, automatic control, easy to operate.
6) Save place: Adopted integrated design, beautiful appearance, combined the traditional pay-off, tension, preheater and stranghtening into one, also combined capstan and take-up into one with box structure, overall length will be reduced more than 5 meters.
