1. Brief Introduction:
Resin Sand Continuous Sand Mixer has 4 different kinds, Sing Arm, Double Arms, Lifting Type and Portable Type, suitable for mixing self-hardening sand of cast steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal production, can not only meet requirements of single small batch hand moulding, but also equipped with core shooting machine or machanized molding core making productiong line.
2. Main Characteristics:
1.Suitable for mixing resin sand and sodium silicate sand.
2.Upper arm with dust collecting port, can further remove dust in the sand.
3.Mixing scew conveyor with horizontal opposite structure, easy to clean or adjust blades,convenient operation and maintenance.
4.Mixing sand evenly, effectively guarantee moulding(core making)quality.
5.Fluid supply system consists of constant flow low pressure gear pump, variable diaphragm pump(from Italy), proximity control valve and pipelines .
6.Vent pipes connected to dust collecting system on sand and moulding sand discharging ports, can improve working condition.
7.New and old sand regulator equipped on Sand inlet, accurate control of sand discharging proporation of new and old sand.
8.PLC for electric control system, silumaltion screen display, stable and reliable operation, automatic constant production.
9.Manual and mechanized two ways of rotation.
10.Overlong primary arms for portable sand mixer to meet requirements of large castings production.
11.Reliable trolley start and shutdown for portable sand mixer with safety anti-collision device.
