Description:

This series filling machine quick and accurate filling possible. Suitable for such as Bottling filling for sauce cream, liquid, oil cosmetic etc. Widely apply to manufacturer of oil, honey, oil, shampoo, sauce, chemicals, medicine, pharmaceutical etc, or any paste and liquid type industrial.

Operating principle:
By the reciprocating motion of the pistons in the material cylinders of the Filling Machine, negative pressure produces in the front chamber of the cylinder so that material could be pumped. The stroke of the cylinder is controlled by a signal valve so as to adjust filing amount and to achieve accurate filling results.

Feature:

1. Using Taiwan AirTac pneumatic components and Taiwan electrical control components, stable performance.
2. Compact design, elegant appearance, easy installation and filling adjustment, will not miss filling, and provide accurate filling volume counter.
3. The sealing head is leak-proof and wire-drawing, filled lifting system to prevent high foam, bottle top positioning system and liquid level control system.
