Equipped with large diameter hard alloy grinding plate with φ450mm, thus can grind a variety of valve clacks with different specifications. |
| 3. Introduction to threefold grinding trajectory: |
| (1) Outer-ring grinding plate enjoys counterclockwise rotation; |
| (2) Central-ring enjoys clockwise elliptical rotation through eccentric wheel linkage. |
| (3) The impact rod bring along the porous plate rotates counterclockwise in the outer ring. |

| Hard alloy grinding heads: | Nine grades of grinding heads with DN 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150mm; |
| Cast-iron grinding plate : | One piece, used for coarse grinding badly worn valve clacks with φ300mm by hand; |
| Hard alloy Grinding plate: | One piece, used for precision grinding valve spool with φ300mm; |
| Grinding paste: | Each 2 boxes for Coarse Grinding, Medium Grinding, Fine Grinding, Extra-fine Grinding; |
| Remark: Coarse & medium grinding paste is only used for rough grinding by hand. |
