SGT6-12 Model Steel Bar Straightening Hydraulic Cutter is a new-generation steel bar straightening machine developed by our company. The company is mainly applied in straightening, cold-rolled deformed bar of fixed-dimension cutting, hot rolling level III steel bar, cold-rolled round bar, and straightening hot-rolled round disk steel bar.
 
The machine is highly automatic, has high pulling speed, uses continuous working system and is equipped with automatic counting shut-down device. The security is high. The layout of the machine is different from other Models, so that it is easy to operate and repair. The straightening box uses long model, with 8 straightening wheels, which are easy to adjust curve. The machine is easy to operate and adjust, with high reliability and performance.

The machine mainly consists of straightening part, material transmission part, cutting part, counting part, and electric control cabinet.
4.1 Straightening Part
The straightening part uses 7.5KW motor as power. Through belt, drive straightening frame to straighten. Under the function of several straightening wheels and straightening linear materials, completely eliminate stress and drive linear materials to move forward. Through straightening wheels, adjust the pace of wire and adjust the flatness of linear materials, realizing the straightening work of linear materials.
4.2 Material Transmission Part
The material transmission part mainly consists of two horizontal and vertical idler wheels.
4.3 Cutting-off Part
The digital control panel sets the length of required steel bar. Start the equipment and send electric signal to the small general-purpose relay of electric control cabinet. The small general-purpose relay controls electromagnetic check valve through time relay. The output hydraulic oil forms 6-8MPa pressure under the function of safety pressure valve, which drives oil cylinder piston and cutting tool so as to cut off linear materials. At the moment, check valve is out of power supply, and piston resets under the function of springs in oil cylinder, cutting off steel bar. When linear materials pass through counter wheel, it sends counter signal, so that the counter counts for one time. After cutting off specified bars, the counter automatically stops power supply, cuts off circuits of system operation, and automatically stops. If user wants to restart it, press reset button to make counter reset, or user cannot start host machine.
4.4 Counting Part
The part consists of two idler wheels, with rigidity of HRC58-62. The lower wheel has V-shape orifice, which is convenient for holding up materials. The upper wheel is connected with meter counter, and jointly constitutes counting part.
