Biomass Briquette Machine is a kind of briquette machine used to briquette biomass materials with stick shape. As the briquette is usually used to make charcoal, so it also has another common name charcoal briquette machine.

Screw bio briquettes machine is the main molding equipment in sawdust production line. It mainly uses carbonaceous wood materials such as sawdust, sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell and plant straw etc. The material is fed to the hopper and then conveyed by the screw inside the briquette machine. The rotating screw takes the material from the feed port, and passes it through high temperature and high pressure process without any binder.

The material is extruded into a solid hollow bar. Finished briquette output from the end with stick type. Normal cross-section shapes we usually find can be square, round, plum blossom, etc.
