1.Equipment Introduction

3.Working principle of ball press

The main machine is powered by electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, which is transferred to the driving shaft through the belt pulley and cylindrical gear reducer. The drive shaft and the passive shaft run synchronously through the open gear, and there is a hydraulic device behind the passive bearing seat. The screw feeding device is driven by electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and driven by belt wheel and worm reducer, the material is forced into the feeding port. The mass of the pressed pellets is stable under the condition of constant moment of the electromagnetic motor and the material amount of the screw feeder is equal to that of the main machine.

Mold can be customized according to the needs of users. The mould can be changed to make balls of different shapes and sizes. The common shapes are oval, goose egg and pillow.

4.Raw material:
Pulverized coal, iron powder, coking coal, aluminum powder, iron scrap, oxide scale, carbon powder, carbon powder, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon and other powder, waste and residue.
