(1) GDC-1EG control case takes IPC as main part, it is a SCM-core device for power suppling, signal collecting and data processing. It is composed of power module, RS485 serial port, SCM control circuit and counting circuit. The circuit is shown as
(2) The power module mainly convert the 220V AC supply to stable DC supply for this system and the probe underground. It output +24V, +12V and +5V three groups of DC supply
(3) The RS485 serial port achieves the communication between the measuring probe underground and SCM. It transmits the test result and orders and parameters sent by the machine.
(4) The SCM control circuit completes the collection for measurement data and measurement depth, sends orders and parameters and transmits the result to the notebook PC.
(5) The counting circuit completes the conversion of depth measurement and supply it to SCM control circuit.
(6) RS232 serial port is used to connect the control case and notebook PC to achieve the communication between the SCM and the notebook PC.
