Live sheep in resting pen→stop feeding for 24hours→hind led-hanging→killing→blooding time 5min)→head remove(processing room)→hind leg pre-peeling(processing room)

 Hind parts pre-pelling   →cutting hind leg→front leg and chest pre-peeling→shoulder shedding→peeling(temporary storage)→cutting front leg(processing room)  →seal the anus→open chest→white viscera remove (stomach content transmit to TS temporary storage by air convering system)(waiting for inspection in tray of white viscera quarantine conveyor))→Qualified white viscera in processing room →Red viscera remove(waiting for inspection by hanging in the hooks of red viscera quarantine conveyor))→Qualified red viscera in processing room→synchronous inspection of carcass and viscera→carcass triming→cacass weighing→carcass washing→he unqualified carcass and red white viscera will be high-temperature processed outside the slaughterhouse→acide discharge(0-4ºC)→deboning→segmentation→packing→quick-freeze or fresh→leave tray and boxing→cold storage→sales
