Auger filling Machine by weighing
This model is designed mainly for the fine powder which easliy to spout dust and high accuracy packing requirement. Based on the feedback sign given by below weight sensor , This machine do measuring,two filling, and up and down work .etc. it is speically suitable for filling milkpowder ,acdtitives ,carbon powder, dry powder of fire extinguisher,and other fine powder which needs high packing accuracy.

Working steps: Set the filling weight --Put the can or Jar or Bag on the machine----Contianer raise Fast . Container decline and Fast filling-- Filling weight close to the setting data--Slow filling--Filling weight reach the setting weight--Take Out the Container

3 The Pneumactic clamp and lifting system  installed on the weighting sensor to Control the fast filling and slow filling

6 The Handwheel can adjust the height of the Filling head . it is suitable different size bags.
