The main machine is with high frequency system (it's with high frequency electric box,
high frequency C machine frame), automatic disk workable system,
special top and bottom template, paper card mechanical arm, automatic feeding mechanical arm and other structures to make.

Working Process

1. first station places the bubble shell and the materials to be packed;
2. automatic start, rotate to backup station(the second station),
    to wait for the first station to place the materials;
3. Automatically rotate to standby station (the third station)
4. Automatically rotate to next station, automatically taking paper card;
5. Automatically rotate to next station, high frequency heating;
6. Automatically rotate to next station, mechanical arm to automatically taking products; 
7. After finishing, equipment cycle operation.

5. Machine Features

1. This scheme changes the traditional technology of this machine, to save the labour, with simple operation, to increase its production capacity, to increase the product qualification ratio.
 
2. The rotary table positioning adopts 6 station precision intermittent divider, to guarantee the accuracy of rotary table positioning, to start up and speed up during rotation and to stop and slow down smoothly, to avoid the items shift when rotation, to improve product alignment accuracy.
 
3. The high frequency adopts European drum coaxial resonance loop, it's advanced high frequency circuit in China, the output size is adjustable through welding effect with product size, no overload.

4. High sensitivity spark preventer, high cycle output process at the moment of spark generation, high frequency circuit can be cut off automatically, to minimize damage to machines and products, meanwhile, when the current is too high, automatically cut off the high frequency circuit to protect the dies and finished products.

5. The components of the equipment conform to the national standard and relevant safety specifications.  

6. The equipment is with beautiful appearance, with delicate production,
to conform to people's thinking and daily operation habits, easy to operate and maintain.

7. The equipment adopts touch screen and PLC program control, with automatic fault alarm prompt, to equip with fault code, with convenient maintenance.
