Steps
1. After returning the device to room temperature, hold the connector with your hand, unplug the dripper-type sample processing tube from the buckle of the connector (refer to the buckle in Figure 2), and take out the sampling swab;
Note: Do not pinch the liquid storage tube when pulling out the sample processing tube, and do not try to pull out while rotating the liquid storage tube to avoid premature release of liquid!
2. Sampling with a swab, insert the swab back into the dripper sample processing tube as soon as possible after sampling, so that the dripper sample processing tube and the connector are clamped at the buckle;
3. Hold the device upright, make one end of the liquid storage tube upward, hold the connector with one hand, and rotate the liquid storage tube counterclockwise with the other hand until resistance is met;
4. Squeeze the liquid storage tube to make the sample diluent flow into the bottom of the dripper-type sample processing tube through the connector to soak the sampling end of the swab (pre-installed sufficient sample diluent can completely wet the sampling end of the swab) ;
5. Squeeze the cotton head of the sampling swab through the wall of the dripper-type sample processing tube to fully release the sample into the diluent;
6. Place the device horizontally and unscrew the dripper cover of the dripper sample processing tube;
7. Hold the device upright, squeeze the tube wall of the drip-type sample processing tube to make the liquid drip out through the drip-tip of the drip-type sample processing tube, and do further testing.
8. At the end of the test, turn the dripper cover back onto the device to prevent the sample from polluting the environment.
