Lincomycin hydrochloride injection is used for respiratory tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection, female reproductive tract infection, pelvic infection and abdominal infection caused by sensitive Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and anaerobic bacteria. The latter two diseases can be used alone or combined with other antibiotics according to the situation. In addition, if there are indications for the use of penicillin, if the patient is allergic to penicillin or not suitable for penicillin, this product can be used as a substitute drug.
  This product has high antibacterial activity against common aerobic Gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin G-resistant), Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus beta hemolysis, Streptococcus viridis and Streptococcus pneumoniae. It has good antibacterial effect on anaerobes, including tetanus, Corynebacterium diphtheriae and capsular aerogenes. It has no activity against gram negative bacteria such as Enterococcus, meningococci, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus influenzae and other gram-negative bacteria and fungi. There was no cross resistance between this product and penicillin, chloramphenicol, cephalosporins and tetracyclines, but partial cross resistance with macrolides. This product acts on the 50S subunit of ribosome of sensitive bacteria, prevents the extension of peptide chain, thus inhibiting the protein synthesis of bacterial cells. It is generally a bacteriostatic agent, but it also has bactericidal effect on some bacteria at high concentration.
