It is a purine nucleoside antiviral drug extracted from Streptomyces culture solution and then prepared by chemical synthesis. It is a white crystalline powder, very slightly soluble in water, and its monophosphate is easily soluble in water.


Function:
1.Clinically, it is mainly used to treat the induction stage and maintenance consolidation stage of acute lymphocytic and non lymphocytic leukemia, the acute transformation stage of chronic myeloid leukemia and malignant lymphoma, and ophthalmology is used to treat viral keratitis and epidemic conjunctivitis. It also has a certain effect on head and neck cancer, digestive tract cancer and lung cancer.
2.It can inhibit DNA viruses such as herpes simplex virus HSV1 and HSV2, hepatitis B virus, varicella zoster virus and cytomegalovirus.
