1. Herpes simplex virus infection: it is used for the first and recurrent cases of genital herpes virus infection. It is used for the prevention of recurrent cases
2. Herpes zoster: for the treatment of mild cases of herpes zoster with normal immune function and immune deficiency
3. Treatment of varicella in immunodeficient patients.

Usage and dosage:Oral administration
1. herpes simplex in skin mucosa of patients with genital herpes and immune deficiency: the amount of herpes simplex in adults is 0.2g once, 5 times a day, 10 days in total; or 0.4g once, 3 times a day, 5 days in total; 0.2g for recurrent infection, 5 times a day for 5 days; chronic inhibition therapy for recurrent infection, 0.2g once, 3 times a day, 6 months in total. If necessary, the dosage can be added to 5 times a day, once for 0.2g, 6-12 times in total Three months.
2. herpes zoster: the amount of herpes zoster is 0.8g once for adults, 5 times a day, 7-10 days in total.
3. adult patients with renal insufficiency should adjust the dose as follows:
Adverse reactions
Occasionally, dizziness, headache, joint pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, thirst, leucopenia, mild increase of proteinuria and urea nitrogen, skin itching, etc. after long-term administration, acne, insomnia and menstrual disorder were occasionally seen.

It is not allowed to be allergic to this product.

Occasionally, dizziness, headache, joint pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, thirst, leucopenia, mild increase of proteinuria and urea nitrogen, skin itching, etc. after long-term administration, acne, insomnia and menstrual disorder were occasionally seen.

1. People allergic to ganciclovir may also be allergic to this product.
2. It should be used with caution if it is dehydrated or has liver or kidney dysfunction.
3. The drug resistance of herpes simplex virus (HSV) and herpes zoster virus (zoster virus) may be caused by long-term or repeated use of this drug in patients with severe immune deficiency. If the skin lesions of patients with herpes simplex are not improved after using acyclovir, the sensitivity of herpes simplex virus to this product should be tested.
4. Follow up examination: most patients with genital herpes are prone to cervical cancer, so patients should be examined at least once a year for early detection.
5. Once the symptoms and signs of herpes appear, the drug should be given as soon as possible.
6. Food intake had no significant effect on plasma concentration. However, sufficient water should be given to patients during the administration period to prevent the product from settling in renal tubules.
7. Short course therapy is effective for recurrent genital herpes infection. Since animal experiments have found the effect of this product on fertility and mutagenicity, the oral dose and course of treatment should not exceed the recommended standard. The long-term treatment of recurrent herpes should not exceed 6 months.
8. Once hemodialysis can reduce the blood concentration by 60%, so a dose should be supplied after hemodialysis.
9. This product has no obvious effect on latent infection and recurrence of herpes simplex virus and can not eradicate the virus.
Medication for pregnant and lactating women:
The drug can pass through the placenta, although animal experiments confirmed that it has no effect on the embryo, but pregnant women still need to weigh the pros and cons of medication.
