1- Terms of Quotation: FOB Guangzhou (We also deal with CIF, CFR, EXW)
2- Terms of Payment:
(1) 30% shall pay by T/T as down payment in advance;
(2) 70% balance payment shall be paid off by T/T before shipment.
3 - Guarantee / Warranty:
The quality guarantee period for one year, any damages on the electric parts during the quality guarantee period can be maintained or replaced free, (Except in the course of usage, damage due to human errors), and after guarantee period, SANKEN will continuously give good support and best after-sales service to customer.
4- Installation:
If customers need , we will arrange 1 engineer to customer's factory for the installation & training, our engineer will stay at customer's factory for about 7 days. Customer shall bear the charge of tickets & VISA for our engineer, arrange the hotel, food (room and board), take a good care of our engineer during they are staying at customers' country. .
Note: If possible, we would like to suggest customer to arrange people to our factory for training about 2-3 days before shipment, so that we can teach customer more technology about the glass processing works, it could be helpful for customer.

PARAMETERS OF SANKEN EXCELLENT FULL-AUTOMATIC PVB LAMINATED GLASS PRODUCTION LINE (SKPL-2540A)
1. Features:
The whole line is centralized control by industrial computer assisted in PLC and monitor display & operation.
Washing and drying machine is the core equipment of the whole line.
The upper Rubber rollers, brush rollers and air-knives etc. can be adjusted on the panel and digital displayed according to the thickness of glass to be processed. The upper section of the machines can be elevated by 450mm for convenience of cleaning and repairing. The Brush Rollers are driven by motors with upper and lower separately.
Allocation of one soft brush and two hard brushes (can be lifted when needed) in the upper washing sector is designed for washing hard LOW-E glass, coated glass without damaging the coating.
Two Stainless steel air-knives, the blower equipped with muffle cotton and air feeding filter screen pack ensures plenty of air, less noise and the good drying effect.
In the laminating room the laminating table, Automatic suction hanger , assembling table, PVB unwinding machine with film rolls driven by motor, Automatic suction hunger, convenient for processing of large and big glasses.
Every single processing glass can be conveyed in a higher speed to enter into the Pre-laminating and press section and regulated automatically the speed to running at the same speed with the Pre-laminating and press section which can make room for the next pieces of glass which improves the running efficiency of the Line.
Pre-laminating and press section has reasonable structure and informal opening program.
The integrity is controlled in laminating room with its stable running function.
Speed regulation is frequency variable.
Space/distance between two great squeezing rollers is set by industrial computer assisted by PLC with monitor displayed. The great squeezing rollers are driven by reducer separately.
The heating elements adopt Quartz emitter. Temperature is zone control.
Hydraulic pressure rotary table with driver ,is densely covered rubber wheel on the table-board,when glass working above doesn't damnify the surface , and the overturn props up from two hydraulic pressure oil , overturn is stable , operation is simple and convenient.
Auto-clave is a specialized machine for production of laminated, anti-bullet and anti-bombing glass. This machine will melt the PVB film and combined two layers or more than two layers glass by high temperature and high pressure.
